3+1 Training Model Meeting Held

A comprehensive online meeting was held at our Sındırgı Vocational School within the scope of the 3+1 Education Model, which is successfully implemented to enhance students' professional skills and ensure they graduate fully prepared for the business world. Our school administration, academic staff, and relevant stakeholders attended the digital meeting organized via the Microsoft TEAMS platform.
During the meeting, the current status of the model—which involves students receiving theoretical and practical training at school for three semesters and full-time workplace training in industry enterprises during the remaining one semester—was evaluated. The efficiency of in-semester applications, their contributions to students' employment processes, and the new collaborations to be carried out with the sector in the upcoming period were discussed in detail.
